Cha Cha your way to relevant search results
A new 'human powered' search engine has come into the market aimed at giving the user more relevant search results.
Type in a search and shortly you'll see "intelligent search results from people who are knowledgeable about the very thing you are looking for" according to http://www.chacha.com/. Yes that's right, there's a real person (they call them a 'guide') at the other end who takes your keywords and frantically searches on your behalf to give you the best results possible.
You can even chat with your guide and once you're done searching give them a star rating (which according to the site is directly linked to their pay, so be nice).
Although I searched for "Rydges" and got our sister company "Greater Union Cinemas" so I think there's still a little work to be done ... that guide's not going to have steak for tea tonight. posted by stefan at 3.38 PM 0 comments
